I find myself watching tv less and less. I used to have a few regular shows I tune in to every week. Now the majority of my media consumption has moved online. I’ve started following more youtube channels than television shows. Here’s what I never miss an episode of:
Vlogbrothers – Run by brothers John and Hank Green, topics range from educational to silly. I’ve been watching their videos for years, and they continue to produce content that is both entertaining and insightful.
Essiebutton – A Canadian living in London, Estée makes beauty, fashion, and lifestyle videos. She posts high quality content, but never takes herself too seriously. You can also watch some of her everyday activities on her vlog channel essiebuttonvlogs.
Booksandquills – Be prepared to start a book wishlist after watching Sanne, a Dutch “booktuber”. I love getting reading recommendations through her videos.
CommunityChannel – Natalie Tran’s videos are pure comedic gold about day to day situations with which most of us can identify. She is often borderline inappropriate but 100% hilarious.
PemberlyDigital – These videos update works of fiction into a series of vlog-style videos. Their current two series, The Lizzie Bennet Diaries and Emma Approved, are adaptations of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice and Emma, respectively.
Have fun watching!
