5 Minute Music Break

We now interrupt this regularly scheduled program to bring an important announcement.

Stressed? Tired? Overworked?

You officially have my permission to take a break right this second. Set down and walk away from whatever your doing. Now take five minutes (or less) and listen to a piece of music. If you’re stressed, listen to something relaxing. For those feeling tired, find something that energizes you.
